As a Functional Fitness Trainer, Erin works with those looking to increase their fitness capabilities and help with performing everyday activities, as well as those trying to achieve their short and long term goals. She looks to motivate others and help with nutrition and fitness.
Erin stays consistent with her education by reading books and articles that broaden her knowledge and skill set, as well as learning from other trainers around her. She continues to watch videos and attend any training sessions.
Outside of working at Robin Wellness Center, Erin enjoys going paddle boarding when the weather is right and traveling to new places. She spends plenty of time in the gym and enjoys brainstorming new ideas for workouts. She is currently in school and looks forward to reading and learning about new ideas and concepts.
