Our team will send you new practice member paperwork before you come in; completing this at home saves time and helps us focus on getting to know you better. We handle insurance verification before your arrival, so you’ll have clear financial expectations.
The First Visit: Consultation & Exam
Getting on the path to better health should be simple and stress-free. We’ve designed our new practice member process with your comfort in mind, making it easy to begin care at our New Hope practice.
Your initial visit, which is about 45 minutes, includes a thorough examination, consultation, and X-rays for just $47, giving us a complete picture of your health needs. Dr. Matt or Dr. Tanner will take time to understand your symptoms and how they affect your daily life.
During this visit, we perform functional movement assessments and gather all the needed information to create your personal care plan. Our doctors use various examination techniques to build a complete picture of your health status and needs.
The Second Visit: Report of Findings
Your second appointment, scheduled within one to two days, is when we explain our findings and outline your path to better health. This 30-45 minute appointment includes reviewing your X-rays, discussing our recommendations, and your first adjustment.
We address any questions about your care plan and ensure you understand each step of your healing journey. You’ll receive clear information about treatment frequency, home care recommendations, and expected outcomes for your specific condition.
